The Stearns History Museum is a unique St. Cloud event center to host your next event. Whether outside on the plaza, or within the building itself, you’ll enjoy a private space that’s versatile with plenty of parking. Our facility rental options include:

  • Outdoor Plaza with the beautiful backdrop of our natural wooded acreage, Heritage Park.
  • Indoor Conference Room that’s perfect for smaller groups.
  • Indoor Event Room with space for up to 80 people and setup for a larger presentation.
  • Main Gallery Space featuring 5,500 square feet of mingling area.

Our Outdoor Plaza is available from Memorial Day through September 30th. It’s the perfect setting for intimate wedding ceremonies, and features beautiful photo opportunities as well. Set along Heritage Park, your event will be unique and memorable.

Please inquire about summer and fall dates, as they do book up fast.

Outdoor rentals include access to the indoor amenities as well. NOTE: Currently accepting reservations for Ceremonies Only. Limit 50 people.


Our indoor conference room offers a private place for corporate meetings or casual gatherings.

Our Board Room will comfortably fit 14 around an oblong table. You’ll have access to all technical equipment needed to hold a meeting as well.

Our large conference room has ample space for groups of up to 80, where food and beverage can also be catered in.

Setup Options include:

  • Classroom Setting with Tables for 50
  • Lecture Setting with Chairs for 80
  • U Shaped Table with Seating for 36
  • Dinner Style for up to 50 Guests
  • Board Room Style for up to 14 People
