Hops & History – “Pin-ups, Anchors, and Hearts” with Mitch Bender

Hops and History is back! In 2022, every other month we will be enjoying a Historic Happy Hour, complete with discussions of quirky historic topics and local craft beer.

Mitch Bender is a professor at St. Cloud State University, where he has been teaching environmental studies since 2002. He considers himself a tattoo enthusiast. As a pastime, he studies tattoo history and collects tattoo art and paraphernalia. His favorite era of American tattoo history spans WWI to the Vietnam War.
