SCAG Family Browse: A Different Way to Look at FamilySearch

April 19, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Save the date for this St. Cloud Area Genealogists event! Join us on April 19 with Mary Kircher Roddy presenting the webinar “FamilyBrowse: A New Way to Use FamilySearch.org.” The presentation will
be offered synchronously online. Familysearch.org has millions of images on its website, but many are not indexed or searchable. Kircher Roddy will show participants how to effectively use the catalog and browse records that are not easily found through conventional methods. And the website continues to add images each month!

This event starts at 7pm on Tuesday, April 19. More information to come. Questions? Email scag@stcloudareagen.org.

Mary Kircher Roddy, Certified Genealogist, is also a Certified Public Accountant. She
lectures in Washington State and across the US, and is a regular presenter for
LegacyFamilyTree webinars. She has written for Internet Genealogy, NGS Magazine,
FGS Forum, Family Chronicle, and The National Genealogical Society Quarterly. Mary
has served as treasurer for the Association of Professional Genealogists and is
currently a trustee of the Board of Certification of Genealogists. You can read more
about her at MKR Genealogy – www.mkrgenealogy.com.
